What will change for you? The front desk will close. You can reach us by phone or online.
What can you do yourself via our website hpwindhausen.nl (and the patient portal)?
- Make a call-back request with your GP.
- See your test results and medical file.
- Ask a question (answer within 2 working days).
When you call, you will hear a menu:
- You can get help with the patient portal.
- You can ask for a patient portal account.
- You can make a call-back appointment with your GP.
- You can leave a message for the assistant.
The assistant will call you back or answer with an SMS. - Choos 0 for an emergency.
