Feedback or complaint

If you are dissatisfied, we appreciate it if you discuss it with us. Once we are aware of your dissatisfaction, we can try to resolve it for you.
You can submit your complaint to us by completing the complaints form on the website. This form is also available at the reception desk. After we receive the completed form, we will confirm it by email. Our complaints officer, Margo Windhausen, will then contact you and invite you for a meeting. After you have explained your complaint, we will process and investigate it. After a maximum of six weeks, you will receive a response by email explaining how we handled the complaint.

If this is difficult for you or you cannot reach an agreement with us, you can discuss your complaint with an independent and impartial complaints officer. The complaints officer will work with you to find a solution to your complaint or problem. The complaints officer may attempt to mediate the complaint. The complaints officer does not take sides and therefore cannot judge. Everything you share with the complaints officer is confidential. You can use the complaints form on the SKGE website. If you are unable to reach a resolution with your GP and mediation by the complaints officer, you can request a ruling on your complaint from the GP Care Disputes Committee. This independent committee consists of a chairperson (a lawyer) and members representing patients and GPs. The committee is assisted by a secretary who is also a lawyer.
